In today’s age of devices and connectivity with each other, Seymour Dental has now many ways “to connect”.

Book Online

The latest development is the ability to book online via the website. There is a BOOK NOW button on the top right hand corner under the Facebook and Twitter symbols. The link will take you to a page powered by Health Engine to make a booking for any available time. This is sent to the surgery as a popup message, and as a backup, sent by email and SMS to us. We will still call or SMS you to confirm the appointment.

Pager

If you call out of hours, we have a 24 hour call centre that is in Australia, which will take your message. This is then sent by email and SMS to the surgery and to Dr Seymour. Dr Seymour may not respond in the middle of the night as he does not operate 24 hours a day! (Thank goodness!)

Contact Form

Many patients use this area of the website to email the practice when they are overseas and they need advice or they are coming home and need an appointment. We may not respond the second the email arrives but we check regularly and reply.

Even on our Facebook page, a message can be left. While you are there check out the past posts, which are mixture of informative and funny commentaries. Not fake news!

Twitter

We have tweets that are blogs and newsletter links. We are a bit remiss in not fully using this service but we want to improve on its use.

Sign up for our regular e-newsletter, usually sent out every three to four months, and keep up to date with all things Seymour Dental without having to go searching for it! We send six blogs to you to read at leisure. There will be no survey at the end of it!

Call and talk to us

Person to person on 02 9562 2387. We all love talking to our patients! The staff will follow up if you have had a difficult procedure or the dentist needs to check if you are OK! We also confirm your appointments.

Drop in and Say Hello

Yes, walk in and make an appointment, or just say hello, in the flesh! This is the ultimate way to contact us and we enjoy the most.
