Team Miroma Makes a 10 km Run for it at Pyrmont Bay
The CARMAN’S 10km RUN SYDNEY 2025 this Sunday 21st September 2025.
Starting at Metcalfe Park, Pyrmont, Sydney at 9:00am. The flat 2 lap course, takes you along Pyrmont Bay, past Jones Bay Wharf and Pirrama Park with iconic Sydney & harbour views throughout, and returning to Metcalfe Park to finish.
It’s almost from Star Casino to Crown Casino, a C to C run! Thie run is brand new, but Melbourne has had this run before. There are a total of 3000 runners doing the half Marathon, 10K & 5K runs and the 5K walk.
We had to wait for the half marathon to finish before we could go. As we were released in waves, our turn was about 9.40am.
Unfortunately, Jo was not well at all at the last minute and couldn’t run. Ellie joined us last minute for here third time running in Team Miroma.
The weather was excellent! The course was not too crowded. The man’s calves were a bit tight, and in the limbering up with Ellie, I discovered I couldn’t touch my toes. Dentist back!
