Need an Appointment?
If you'd like to book an appointment with the dentist at Seymour Dental then contact us, or call us in Dulwich Hill, Sydney on (02) 9564 2397.
Appointments have also been easier by us having the “Health Engine” online and people can access this and view what appointments are available on the days and times that might suit them and make them online.
Four dentists work now at Seymour Dental, with two on when we run the two surgeries and also on Saturday mornings. Confirming the appointments has also improved by bringing in automated SMS to mobiles.
This generally runs smoothly with the patients only required to reply back by typing in “YES” to confirm, if anything else is typed in the computer doesn’t recognise this and so our SMS log has to be viewed every day for the people who want to reply back “YEP” or “sorry I can’t make it”, unfortunately the computer isn’t that clever and can cause confusion, so please just text “yes” otherwise call the surgery to cancel or change your appointment.
The other changes are how people can now contact us.
- They now can contact via the website, which then generates an email.
- Email us direct by using info@seymourdental.com.au.
- Log onto our Facebook site (https://www.facebook.com/SeymourDental/) and message us. You can like us while there if you wish!
- Use Twitter to tweet us – https://twitter.com/seymourdental
- Ring our surgery at any time and leave a message with our 24 hour message/pager service. The Australian service will speak to you and can provide you our opening hours and will send whatever ever you want say as a SMS to the staff and Dr Seymour, as well an email to the surgery.
We are always monitoring but not every second of the day, so there may be a delay in calling back if it is an electronic communication. The phone or pager message are more likely to be answered quickly, however, calls after 8pm may be answered the next day.
I hope this has helped answer some questions you may have had about Seymour Dental.
– Sue
