Everyone at Inala would like to thank you Anthony and Team Miroma for your incredible running and fundraising efforts!! We are so impressed not only by your ability to run that far but to so quickly raise over $5,000. The funds that you have all raised will make such a huge difference to Inala.
Established in 1958, Inala has a proud history of supporting adults living with disability to reach their full potential through flexible accommodation, day services and community support. Inala provides access to a rich variety of individualised programs that recognise the abilities and support the aspirations and development of each person, providing opportunities for all-round personal growth, skills, development, self-esteem, independence and valued participation in the community.
Inala’s Eastern Suburbs service – Miroma – offer an innovative “integrated options” model of service delivery through its three coordinated centres, located in close proximity to each other.
Funds raised by you will specifically assist Miroma to continue and enhance their therapy programs with sensory equipment, art and music equipment. Inala strives to support participants’ wellbeing and daily quality of life by making available a range of specialised therapies to as many people as possible, particularly those who have no means of privately paying for these.
Therapies play an essential part of the support provided, giving assistance in the unique way each person needs it to meet the challenges they face through their disability.
It is because of the support and dedication of people like you Anthony, Kim, Joy, and Roni, that Inala can continue to do what it does best – supporting individuals living with disability to create, connect and grow.
Thanks again Team Miroma!!

James will be 19 this month, and he thanks you all. He would smile and if he knew you, he would give you a small kiss on your cheek. If he could speak, I am sure he would say, “Thanks everyone for caring and helping!” Adults with disabilities are the often the forgotten members of our community. By reading this you have helped!
If you would like to donate that would be great – https://give.everydayhero.com/au/anthony-56
It’s been a blast and we have been blown away by the response!
James’ Dad, Anthony
